More About Me

I often wonder how I came to find myself doing what I love. Listening carefully to those who knew me better than I knew myself helped me gain clarity on my own journey. Additionally, I found inspiration in the journeys of others and realized how powerful personal stories can be in helping us envision new possibilities for ourselves. In recognizing how much of a gift that is, I want to offer others a more intentional path to the lessons that I was able to gather along the way.

My degrees in Psychology and Counseling combined with three decades in mentoring others are powerful tools that I utilize in my sessions. I enjoy assisting individuals  in understanding the culture of their organizations. I believe that I can help clients find nuanced strategies to navigate organizational systems and construct thoughtful personal and career goals.

Having lived in South East Asia, UK, Canada and the U.S., I bring a transnational perspective to my work, believing that a global lens has much to offer us. From our sessions, you will gain deeper insights into yourself and others, develop personalized strategies, and leave filled with increased confidence for your inspired life journey.
